Hi,

Does it work in Safe Mode?

Test the spreadsheet after each of these steps

  • Try disabling macros and add-ins
  • Try the spreadsheet on a different computer
  • Try logging on with a different user
  • Repair a corrupted spreadsheet
  • Update Office to latest service packs etc.

Hi NishanthDevarakonda,

Based on your description, >>Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.3.9600.17055, time stamp: 0x532943a3<< it seems that your issue might be caused by KERNELBASE.dll is corrupted in your computer.

The DLL file is a system file, please try to use the System File Checker tool to repair corrupted system files. System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

About how to use this tool please read this KB article as reference:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833

Please try this method and let me know if it works for you.

I'm glad to help and follow up your reply.
