Fatal System Error...Please Help!
I am having issues with my Dell. One morning, it just didn't work. The operating system is Windows XP Home Edition. The error message it is giving is: STOP: c000021a (Fatal System Error) The Windows Logon Process System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000039 (0x0000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down. I've read a bunch of information from the Dell website, I've tried to restart in safe mode, tried to return to the last known configuration that worked properly and I couldn't get the "Ctrl/F11" function to work to restore it to the factory setting. I don't know what do do. I'm not computer savvy, but I can follow directions.I do not have the original disks that came with the computer, but it still has the stickers on it from when I purchased it with the product key number and such. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Shannon
