Please check event Id 1221 and check if there is white spaces being build in DB. You can find event 1221 right after online maintenance finish. Its Approx 3 AM to 5 AM (Default). which DB have high size issue, Source or Target. Hi Vino, Any updates on this issue? Per my knowledge, this may not problem to SCR, because SCR use logs, not the database. For this issue I want to clarify the following information before we go further: 1. Do you get any error or find any error in your event log? If have, please paste here in you next post. 2. Clear delete item to have a try. (As it may the deleted items are not crossed 14 days and Exchange could not delete it permanently until then, you can change the deleted items setting to 7 days, then wait for the online maintenance to run and check the event ID 1221.) Here is a related article for you: Configuring Deleted Mailbox and Deleted Item Retention http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125266(EXCHG.80).aspx please help me to collect the information at your convenience, with the information, we can help you more efficiently. What is the delay time for the SCR , if you use a delay , all mail in the delay time will build up the logs en thus increasing the storage space until the time has elapsed and the logs can be played into the database
