Failure of Microsoft Word 2013 to install...
I am trying to install Microsoft Word 2013 but I keep getting a message saying, "The procedure entry point SetWaitableTimerEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll." What can i do to fix this issue and install the product?

Hi,
Please read System requirements for Office 2013, to see if your system meets the requirement:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee624351.aspx
Please also disable the firewall and anti-virus program to try again.
If the issue persists after the steps above, please perform a clean boot to install again, this helps to determine whether background programs are interfering with the install process:

I hope this helps.

I've got Vista for Business and room on my hard drive. I turned off the anti-virus and firewall. I meet all of the requirements. Why is this happening? This didn't happen on my other two computers and I didn't have to go to such
lengths to install.
