Hi Karthick,
Please try the following method and then check if this issue persists:
1. Close all applications.
2. Search for <cmd>
3. Right click Command Prompt and select "Run as Administrator"
4. In the command prompt window type in
sfc /scannow
5. Wait until the process completes.
6. Restart your computer and then test the issue again.

I solved this by doing the below:
1. Uninstalled CodeTwoSync
2. Uninstalled iCloud Control Panel
3. Deleted a number of older entries from my calendar and tasks (because 25K is the max limit on iCloud)
4. Then I re-installed iCloud - configured Sync for my Calendar Events & Tasks
5. Then I re-installed CodeTwoSync and configured
Now it is all fine!
