from some reason mails (not all) started to show FROM: in legacyDN value.

We have exchange 2013 with CU8 and Exchange server 2010 with latest SP.

However, one thing to note, in all Microsoft stuff there is no problem, but problem is with Blackberry devices.

Anyone experienced similar issue?

Clear the autocomplete cache as the first step (https://support.office.com/en-ca/article/Delete-a-name-from-the-Auto-Complete-list-2e3d8fb1-eefd-4307-ab73-6f2f23164222?ui=en-US&rs=en-CA&ad=CA)

Secondly, Create an X500 proxy address for the old LegacyExchangeDN attribute for the user. The solution explained here is applicable for you too :https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2807779

Thanks for your answer, however, we dont receive any NDR-s, mail successfully arrives, in outlook is OK visible, in Blackberry device not.

To be honest im weighting is this problem with Exchange or Blackberry because Exchange side is good.

That means the address book is not properly downloaded at the BB device. Can you delete the current one and try downloading a new one

Blackberry have its own mechanism of LDAP scope.

Modifying that scope resolved our issue.
