Is there a utility I can use to extract emails from multiple PST files based on the Recipient or Sender email address other that using Outlook? Here is the scenario. In Exchange you have feature where you can duplicate every email sent and received by all users to a common mailbox. We have done so since 2003 and then archived this common mailbox to DVD. We now have the need to retrieve all the emails for a certain user for the last 6 years. One option is to use Outlook to open each archive and then do a search for that person's alias in the Tofield and then again in the From field. This will take forever. Is there a tool that we can use to search all PST files for emails sent to and from a particular email address?
