Hello Funder, Untick the option to accept message from authenticated users only if it is enable... Group -> Properties -> Exchange General -> Message Restriction -> Accept Messages -> Untick "From authenticated users only"

What's the NDR do you get? if NDR is being generated from Exchange server then you can do message tracking and see the result... Additionally, make sure that it has valid external email address...
