Is zsmith the intended recpient? The To: field shows Marcie Greenspan, so I'm thinking this is possible an alternate recipient issue. Alexei

Marcie Greenspan is the external recipient getting the NDR to when sending to ZSmith, who is a part of my organization. ZSmith gets the message, but Marcie Greenspan still gets the NDR. Marcie was kind enough to send me the NDR so I can diagnose. I want to know why my system is generating the NDRs for ZSmith even though they get the mail.

Sorry, my bad. Does message tracking yield any further info? Any transport rules that could be intefering? Just thinking that the message is maybe getting forked somewhere and one destination generates the NDR. Alexei

No Transport rules are in place. I'll check MT when I am back in the office.

Hmm. There are a couple of delegates. I'll have to contact the user to see what, if any, custom rules she might have.
