Clarify: you want to export a shared calendar and import it to Project, right? Its ok to export shared calendar as long as you have right permission 1. The Minimum permission level you need on that shared calendar is Reviewer 2. Then create a local PST file and a new calendar folder on that PST 3. Go Menu->Calendar->change the Current View to By Category 4. Copy the items from the shared calendar to the calendar folder in PST by simply drag-and-drop 5. Many thanks Hi, I have similar question: I need to export shared calendars (more than 1). Is there a way to export calendars without creating a local copy of them? I was looking at Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook object model overview, however it seems that you can export only what you can access locally (I mean, you can export only what you have in your folders, and shared calendars are not added to these folders automatically). Could anyone please advise? Many thanks, Tomas.
