The properties of any DL->Exchange General Tab->Message Restrictions Box. In our environment we have selected "Only From" option and allowed only authorised users to send emails. For eg: A DL comprised of all Sales Team and only sales manager is allowed to send emails to this list. Hope you got this. I can send you a screenshot as well if required. Thanks Shiv
