I'm working with a client that needs to send us the free/busy information for 350 users in their organization so we can schedule appointments for them. There is no way to integrate our exchange environments. We would like them to be able to export calendars (or free/busy) for all 350 users to a file that we will import (daily) to a database. They don't want to give us any facility to get at their exchange server. They want to run this as a batch process. Is this possible? Are there any tools out there to do this? Thanks

You could look into using the InterOrg free/busy tool: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Configuring-InterOrg-Replication-Tool.html Also, I think Quest has a product that does this - going from memory it's called Quest Collaboration Services or something like that. Yes, you'll have to pay for the Quest tool but it's likely worth it given the manual method.

Hi Neil, Can you please assist with this? Two different organisations want to share free/busy information and public folder information. I have tried reading up information on the Interorg Replication Utility and believed this should work for this scenario. However, I am unable to see the second organization's public folders. Am I missing something? Should there be trust configured between both organisations? Should it be one-way or two-way? According to the utility, there should be a subscriber and a publisher, does this imply that the Interorg tool needs to be installed in both Exchange Organisations? I have gone over the literature in KB 238573, and it sounds ambiguous. Can you please assist? Can you point me in the right direction? Finally, will this Interorg Utility work for only two organisations? How about if there is a third company involved? Regards Spaiddy
