Hello Jean,You can use Database Portability feature of Exchange 2007 but it requires Database to be in Clean Shutdown state and an Exchange server should be in the same Exchange organization to mount the Database and export the mailboxes. You can find the pre-requisites and procedure in below articles.Exchange 2007 Database Portabilityhttp://exchangeshare.wordpress.com/2008/05/21/exchange-2007-database-portability/Database Portability http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123954(EXCHG.80).aspxBut if you want to recover/export mailbox out of production Exchange organization and in some temporary/test environment without mounting database then you need to use some third party utility like "Recovery Manager for Exchange" from QuestRecovery Manager for Exchangehttp://www.quest.com/recovery-manager-for-exchange/Amit Tank || MVP - Exchange || MCITP - Exchange 2007 || http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Hi Amit,Look, I do this, I create a new Virtual Machine to install Exchange 2007 SP1, after that I mounted the DB... but when I try to get all the Mailboxes, only appears the Administrator with Mailbox. My DB have 6 GB, and only appears the account of administrator with mailbox, how I can get all mailboxes in my DB?Remember, I only see the administrator account with mailbox in the Exchange Management Console. Thanks a lot for your help.Jean DefrankMCP; MCSEIng.

In such a situation I would definitely try using a recovery tool that can extract mailbox data from dismounted databses.Ontrack's PowerControl tool is also a great piece of software, and AFAIK less expensive than the one offered by Quest. Especially if you have less than 200 users in the database. You can download a trial of PowrControls which gives you read access to a dismounted database. That way you can see if the rest of the users are visible before you buy the software.Henrik Walther Exchange MVP | MCM: E2K7 | MCITP: EMA/EA | MCSE: M+S - MSExchange.org
