Export/Copy mailbox over 2GB to PST
Is there a way to export/copy a mailbox to a PST if it is over 2GB?
We want the user to continue using the mailbox.

Multiple passes.
Restrict on date etc if you are using exmerge.
Although be aware that PST files are very fragile - they also bloat. 100mb of email in Exchange can be up to 300mb in a PST file. You also can't access them over a network share, making them almost impossible to backup.
Your best option is to leave the email inside Exchange, as that is the most efficient way of storing it.

If its just a single mailbox you can do this with Outlook 2003 or later, i.e.
Click the top of the mailbox i.e. Mailbox - Joe Smith File/Import and Export Export to File Personal Folder File (.pst) Select Include Subfolders Choose the path and other options Finish
You can also create a PST and then Drag-n-Drop the information you want into it and if you do this you want to use the default UNICODE format to create the PST, which will support up to 20GB PST files, else you will be limited to 2GB PST size.
If your looking to be able to do this across an entire store check out Lucid8's DigiScope

You can export by date ranges to limit the size of the PST. Create one
PST for each range.

The emails are being sent outside the organization so leaving the emails in Exchange is not an option.
Looks like creating a PST through Outlook is our best option since the PST can be around 20GB.
