Doe OR John Doe OR Doe, John OR (Doe AND commissions) OR (Doe AND chargeback) Is there an OR operator in powershell? When i try I don't get any hits. And I don't believe there is an AND operator, is that correct? Thanks in advance...

Were these mailboxes in litigation hold? If yes, then you can perform a discovery search using the ECP if the account is a member of the discovery management group. You might want to also try the search-mailbox - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd298173.aspxSukh
