I have a user that needs to archive their mail. The mailbox is at 1.5 GB. I've downloaded the latest version on Exmerge but when I try to extract the mailbox into a PST file, it only extracts 1.1GB with 400 MB worth of missing e-mail. Does anyone know what causes Exmerge to stop importing the rest? The only work around I can think of is to manually export the 400 MB from Outlook into the Exmerge PST. Thanks, Kurt

Do you know what data is missing? Have you tried exporting the data directly from Outlook to see what the differences are? NOTE: ExMerge uses the ANSI PST format so it has a 2GB limit, vs Outlook 2003 forward use the Unicode PST format by default so if you choose to export via outlook ensure you use the ANSI format so that you can compare properly between the Outlook vs the ExMerge version of PST Troy Werelius www.Lucid8.com
