Exmerge and mailbox
Gurus I come from lotus so go easy on me I need to minimize the size of the database, my question is , if I exmerge by date range and I believe 2007 allows me to do that , the user will only see the email that did not exported and that are still on the first storage if this is true, can I reclaim the white spaces. If I go the other way and have the client archive to local folder, do this archive reduce my emails on the exchange server also as well, or is this archive a copy that is save locally. Thanks a bunch gurus for your patience in this regard

It doesnt shrink the size of the store on disk however of course.
