hi all,i am facing some issue in running exmergei create the one security group and user account with on mailbox and add this user id to this security groupthen i delegate this security group to as a exchange full adminitrator, but when i log on the backend server and try to run this, it gives us below mention error.[13:03:38] Error opening message store (EMS). Verify that the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is running and that you have the correct permissions to log on. - 0x8004011d ( (CMapiSession::GetMailboxesOnServer))please suggest what i am missing in this.jeevan

That't not the correct way to configure account while using Exmerge because Exchange Full Admin have deny permission so you won't be able to use it while using Exmerge. Create a new domain user account configure it as per below guide to use with ExMerge utility.... hi,i give exchange view administrator and give this group to send as and receive as permission to the store, then i run it showing me the mailbox but not able to extract into the PST.is there something is missingjeevan

Is that group member of delegate for any any other Exchange admin or Domain/Enterprise Admin? Nop, no special permission required apart of this configuration. Oh yeh, you may need to wait for couple of hours to get IS cache permissionrefreshedso wait for sometime and try again (You can restart the information store service to apply the permission immediately but it will affect all the users of that server)...
