Exhcange 2013 CU 8 Network Archive doesn't show tasks

Hi all!

I've enabled network archive for user that has a bunch of tasks in personal archive (it wal local yesterday). Then I moved it to exchange server and everything is fine except that Tasks are only visible in OWA now, but not in outlook. It's some kind of misconfiguration,maybe, but can't figure out what exactly it is.

Got Exhcange 2013 CU 8 and  Outlook 15.0.4745.1000

Turn off cached mode in Outlook and see if they appear.  If they do, it tells you that the items haven't been cached, which may be a temporary condition.  You might need to rebuild the cache (offline

Hi Ed. I've turned off client cache in Outlook, but nothing happened. I couldn't find how to rebuild cache except the autocomplete list. My Outlook doesn't allow me to perform this on network archive:

It's like a hidden option, while I have Tasks are in Primary mailbox everything works fine, when I manually drop 1-2 of them in same folder of network archive they're gone. I can see them in "Inbox", for example, but Tasks are almost empty (looks like there are only 2 of them, they appear to be somewhere in the beginning of user's archive, but not first ones).

Hi,

Is Tasks folder included in Retention Policy Tag? Please run below command to check:
Get-RetentionPolicyTag | FL Type,RetentionEnabled

I've got this output from PS command:

I use office 2013 x64 ProPlus (or I can use 2010 if required). I tried 2 Vms with same user and myself, the bug reproduced in all cases. I move my task (or user's task) from current mailbox to archive mailbox and it disappears. Visible only in OWA.

My "Junk Email" folder is empty too.

Maybe I was not clear at my first post, I just enabled archive mailbox for user,detached from Outlook and exported local archive to Exchange server.
