Hi, What do you mean by send-out copy - please elaborate. Do you mean journaling - if yes both versions support that. Do you mean forward amail from one mailbox to another - yes both versions support that. Leif

Hi Leif, when user Peter send email to someone@yahoo.com by using company Exchange2003 or 2007 server, can Exchange admin setup some rules to make Peter' Boss can receive the copy of ALL Peter send out.

It's fairly easy in Exchange 2007 using transport rules. Here's a tutorial on transport rules and you'll see from the screen shots the options to copy emails to another user. http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Transport-Rules-Exchange-Server-2007.html With Exchange 2003 you can journal all messages sent by users on a single database, which means that the target mailbox can get very large. You could put the user you want to journal onto their own database to get around this. Exchange 2007 is definitely better at doing this kind of thing.
