Exchange server services not running

Dear All,

We have windows server 2012R2 with GC domain controller two numbers in two site (Site A and Site B) and we installed exchange server 2013 in site A successfully it was working fine But  now we have a some problem in site B ( Power Problem ) so totally we shutdown Site Domain controller .. Now My site exchange server is not working many services staring but not running 

Please could you see my image ...

Very hard to say. Perhaps they are all waiting for the information store to start. Try an integrity check on your Exchange DB to see if the power failure has corrupted it.

Oh, I just realised you said your power failure was on another site.  Ignore me :-)

But if you've had to shut down a DC permanently, make sure that the site A DC owns all the master roles.

Dear Boss,

Thanks for your mgs . I got it more error from events Ms Exchange Topology 

1. process Microsoft exchange directory topology service.exe PID (2488) ( EVENT ID 2112)

2. process Microsoft exchange directory topology service.exe PID (2488) ( EVENT ID 2142)

 No suitable directory server found in forst XXX.com

3. Microsoft Exchange Mailbox transport submission hung starting  ( EVENT ID 7022)

Did the issue solve?

We could make sure the Exchange connect to DC without any problems,(include PING and NSLookUP) then restart the Exchange server to check if the issue persist.

Use the following command to check if the Exchange connect to DC:

Get-ADServerSettings | FL
