If I understand the question(s) correctly you are having trouble with domain names. You will want to register a domain name like company.com with a domain registrar. You can find a registrar from this site: http://www.icann.org/registrars/accredited-list.html. Many of these registrars will provide free or fee DNS services. So you will be able to create DNS records for your new domain to point to your IP address. You will also want to point your MX record to your public IP so that you can receive mail. Lastly you will want to get with your ISP so that they can create a PTR or reverse lookup address so that your IP address points to the name of your server. This will help with mail delivery. I hope this is enough to get your started.
