Exchange server Control not transfering successfully on remote server

We are stuck in middle of transferring the Mailbox server roles onto remote server. we are receiving the following error

" New-PSSession : [mbx.server.com] Processing data from remote server mbx.server.com failed with the following error message: The EndpointConfiguration with the http://schemas.microsoft.com/powershell/Microsoft.Exchange identifier is no The EndpointConfiguration with the http://schemas.microsoft.com/powershell/Microsoft.Exchange identifier is not in a valid initial session state on the remote computer.
Contact your Windows PowerShell administrator, or the owner or creator of the endpoint configuration. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

WinRM services are up and running on client and server as well.

Hi,

According to your description, I understand that remote connect to Exchange server failed with error Exchange identifier is not in a valid initial session state on the remote computer.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.

How about open EMS in CAS or MBX server? Do you have deploy hybrid Exchange server in your environment?
Is there any firewall between Exchange server and client? If so, please try to temporary turn off it for testing.
