Exchange server 2013 PRC Client Access

Dear All,

I have windows 2012 R2  domain controller and  another exchange server 2013 it's working fine and i created users mail box and new Exchange DB there is no problem ...But when i configure  user mail box in client PC's  I got it error msg..

Cannot open default email folder you must connect to Microsoft exchange with current profile ...

Exchange server side PRC Client Access services running perfectly 

I did mistake My exchange server some issue so i de-joined and rejoined domain after that i have a problem .. i cant  configure  user mail box in client pc 

Please could you help me...

Hi,

Check the health of the server by running the following cmdlet

Test-ServiceHealth

See, if you see some of the services were stopped. Go to the event viewer and see the reason for the service outage and correct it.

What you see if you run the following cmdlet? It should list the newly joined server also. Otherwise, correct it by Set-Maiboxdatabase cmdlet

Get-MailboxDatabase "MailboxDatabaseName" | fl Name, RpcClientAccessServer

You didn't generated the output of Get-MailboxDatabase "MailboxDatabaseName" | fl Name, RpcClientAccessServer
