I have created on relay agent for application but its working for only internal users,

Can anyone help me , how to configure relay for outside email Address.

Check out this blog on configuring External relays.  I find it very helpful when I go to do these types of things.

Pay specific attention to the end where you have to give the connector the rights the proper rights via powershell. (chances are this is all you have to do, but just go through the whole thing to make sure nothing was missed).

this is what I explained in plain English in my very first reply.  I don't know why it is still not helpful. just keep the Anonymous permission and everything else is unchecked.
