How to setup and configure Exchange server 2010 for multi-tenant hosting environment?

Hi,
Exchange 2010 SP2 doesnt support the old fashioned /hosting parameter. But new features like addressbookpolicy and implemented in order to seperate diffrent usergroups from each otherr.
