We are using exchange 2007 server, all our users are using outlook 2003 and 2007 versions. now the users deleted emails are getting into the delete items folders of outlook. problem is we have emails which are deleted almost more than 3 yrs ago still in outlook delete items folder. Under exchaneg server policies and settings we clearly mentioned to remove the deleted emails from users mailboxes after 7 days. Can you please tell us , or provide us any steps to take care of this issue. Thank you all very much for the helpful info.
