Exchange server 2003 standard disconnect users soon after server comes online

Sounds like a local networking issue on the workstation. More info.

Did more troubleshooting, users can open outlook. They can send and receive interal emails, and send internet emails, but no one can receive internet email. There are no error messages in the event viewer log.
