- Have you rebooted the 2008 DC/GC after replication is completed. - Check event id 2080 which gives you more clue based on KB316300 -http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316300 - IfSACL right column in event 2080 shows 0 then you have to verify "Manage auditing and security log" in GPO as per below similar thread... http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrgeneral/thread/a908baa1-3ba1-4dc3-9197-ee75bbef9350 Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Has the Automatically discover servers been checked in the Directory Access tab (Gray by default)? Please run DCDiag /v /a and NetDiag /v to check the health of DC and connection to DC from the exchange server

I think that James' suggestion is probably spot-on. I thought about the possibility of someone manually configuring your Exchange servers to use specific DC/GCs after the fact. Those things always hit you when you are driving or something and can't get online. :-)Jim McBee - Blog - http://mostlyexchange.blogspot.com

James-Lou, what exactly am I looking for when I run those? Everything passes, and the issues it reports are related to printer drivers.Automatically discover servers is checked.

Please follow the To verify that SRV resource records are registered for the domain controller in this article to confirm if SRV records have been registered properly on the primary DNS server of the exchange server Have you turned on diagnostics logging for DSAccess Topology as Amit suggested, and see what shows up in the 2080 event? Could you post the event at here for analyzing?
