You say mails are queued on SMTP gateway, Can you please explain more on this one? what type of gateway? any error message? Thanks. If it is related to Baracuda, then not sure. Check the settings on Gateway itself or Describe more if you think exchange is involved as unfortunately i am not getting the mail flow. Thanks.Vishal Ramnani | MCITP - Exchange 2007 | MCSE Messaging | MCTS - Win 2008 Config

What's the error of the queue in the SMTP gateway? It doesn't look like an Exchange issue...

Hi,I had check with Barracuda support and they replay me as below:"We have examined the issue in detail. The messagewas allowed by the Barracuda but it appears that the Message is expiring at the back-end exchange server. This is what the Microsoft Knowledge Base has to say about this issue:Possible Cause: The message in the queue has expired. The sending server tried to relay or deliver the message, but the action was not completed before the message expiration time occurred. This NDR may also indicate that a message header limit has been reached on a remote server or that some other protocol timeout occurred during communication with the remote server.Troubleshooting: This typically indicates an issue on the receiving server. Verify the validity of the recipient address, and verify that the receiving server is configured to receive messages correctly. You may have to reduce the number of recipients in the header of the message for the host that you are receiving this NDR from. If you resend the message, it is placed in the queue again. If the receiving server is on line, the message is delivered. I would suggest configuring the Exchange server to allow more recipients in the header."I don't know where can I set to allow more recipients in the header. Can you show me on this?Thank you.Doreen
