I have a user in which I want to grant the ability to modify exchange mailbox permissions (example - add/remove full access permissions or send as permissions, create mailboxes, hide mailboxes, disable mailboxes etc.)
What are the minimum permission (for Exchange 2007 and 2010) I would need to grant this user to perform these tasks?
