Exchange issue on terminal server
Hi, Please can you take a look at the following issue we are currently facing. The situation is: Environment Exchange 2007 (v8.3 Build 83.6), single serverA mix of Outlook 2003 users and Outlook 2007 users. Some of the Outlook 2007 users have delegates using Outlook 2003.Outlook 2003 is used on local desktops and on a terminal server for remote access. The users have roaming profiles for use on desktops but their Terminal server profiles are set to use Local profiles only. Symptoms A small number of Outlook 2003 users are unable to access shared calendars and public folders while using Outlook 2003 (exact version?) on a specific terminal server. If affected users have a complex file structure in their mailbox, they can only access the first few levels.Other users of the terminal server can access shared calendars, etc. okay. The affected users have no problems accessing the shared resources while using outlook 2003 on their desktops, if they log in to another desktop, they can access shared resources OK. The issue only exists when particular users use Outlook 2003 on a particular TS.If an admin user is granted full access to the mailbox and creates an Outlook profile to connect to an affected users mailbox on the TS, the problem persists. If an affected user connects to OWA, they can connect to shared resources OK Outlook on the TS has been uninstalled and reinstalled and patched to the latest version. We have moved an affected users mailbox between mail databases and the problem persists. We are unable to replicate the issue on a new users mailbox with the same group membership and added as a delegate for the same mailboxes. The affected users TS Windows profiles have been removed from the TS and recreated from scratch and the problem persists. Any advice would be gratefully received Many thanks Richard
