Exchange helpdesk
Hi all, We are migrating from Domino to Exchange server 2007/2010. As a result our helpdesk will be assigned exchange tasks for example setting up a new users and creating mailbox etc. Are there any products you have used and had create success and recommend? thanks

You could look at some of the tools available for the hosted Exchange market place. That will provide you with a web interface for management. However in my experience what most companies do is create their own, as this allows them to completely customise the process using the Exchange Management Shell. This also takes away the dependency on a third party updating their product as Service Packs and rollups are released which may introduce new functionality or commands. Hi DarrenDu, You can resort to the new permission mode called RBAC to manage your organization. You can delegate management to helpdesk easily.
