Dear Tauseef, when you face the problem again, try to to restart the information systm store services. then let the outlook users to restart the outlook application. for your problem It seems that the outlook for your users reached the limit of the connection with your Exhange, I think. there are Network Problem, (i faced the same probllem before and it was Network problem, and it solved). You can do somthing to check the connectivity between your users PC and the Exchange server Just Excute this command from the cmd Prompt on one of the user PC and then ping your Exchange . (Continuoes Ping) For Example : ping 10.10.10.1 -t Then check if there are Request timed out. while is pinging after a few minutes Please let me know if this was the reason of your problem after you try it. well sir thanks for your qout... i did try this continous pinging for long time todaybut not any single timed out request appears... when i try to restart the information stor service it couldn't then i did have only one option that is to restart the server...because service did go on stopping state...as i told that in my fisrt post about the error microsoft tells that this problem occur due to .Net Framework but now .Net framwork also update but still the same problem.. i think its the problem of domain controller , DC is not responding very well to Global Catalog Server so thats why this problem comming again and again...wheni try to check the DC thru "dcdiag.exe" tool its also not works... this is very critical problem.... so dear if u have any further solution please give me as soon as possible Thanks and Regards Tauseef Akram

Hi, a sloution might be tomake the pcs out of the domain, and rejoin the domain, yoo can try it with one pc. first before you utry, scan for viruses in both the server and the affected pcs. Regards, Ayman
