Exchange based rule
We have an Exchange 2003 server. My question is, we have a help desk that is setup where all help desk tickets go to a distribution group called helpdesk@xyz.com and we would like to somehow have that reference a 24/7 on call calendar that we have setup in our companies public folders so that it will forward any help desk tickets to the technician that is on call for that week. Is there a way to do this through exchange rather than trying to setup a rule on an outlook client? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No version of Exchange will do this out of the box. However, with custom programming, you can do just about anythign.
Seriously, you could probably write a custom transport agent for E2K7 that could refer to a public folder calendar and route messages appropriately.
