Exchange archive mailbox order in Outlook 2010

Hello,

we enabled for some users the exchange archive mailbox feature and I want to set the archive mailbox to the first position in Outlook 2010 via GPO. Is there a registry key available?

Hi There,

I don't believe this can be done, but someone else might know otherwise.

Cheers,

You can drag to reorder them manually, not sure if you can do this automatically.

Hi,

I talked with my colleagues in Office team, there is no way to set the archive mailbox to the first position in Outlook 2010 via GPO.

Just as what Vasil L. Michev mentioned, you need to drag to reorder them manually.

Thanks  for understanding.

Best regards,

Hi,

thank you for your response. I found one registry key that affect the behavior.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Default Outlook Profile\0a0d020000000000c000000000000046\11020458

This key is user-specific and I see no chance to set it via GPO.

Hi,

Based on my search, there is no way to achieve this goal using GPO.

Have you resolved this problem via registry key manually?

Thank you for the information. The registry key is not a option for GPO distribution because of the legacyExchangeDN entries in it.
