Hello, I am a little confused on user cals and server cals. I know obviously you have to purchase server cal for exchange, also purchase server 03, but how about when users access or use exchange as their email setup? lets say I have 60 users, do i need to purchase 60 server cals for users and 60 user cals for exchange users? can you explain? Thank you

Generally its one server license per server than either 1. ONe CAL per DEVICE accessing exchange OR 2. One CAL per USER accessing exchange For the best clarification though, talk to your reseller or microsoft rep. Licensing is never crystal clear.
