I have given the task of Installing and configuring an Exchnage 2003 Server. When I login to the exchange server I am able access the users mailbox from the brower eg. http://servername/exchange/usermailbox, but when users try to access their emails from outside the network through the Internet[OWA] they are unable to. I check there username and they are set up to use OWA. Can someone help me PLEASE. RegardsRAchel

Have you published the OWA to internet? If not, to access OWA from internet you will have to provide access to Exchange Server from internet on HTTP or HTTPS. If you have ISA server you can follow following links to achieve that.http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/pubowa2003toc.htmlhttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb794845.aspxhttp://www.isaserver.org/articles/2004pubowartm.htmlIf you do not have ISA, allow the HTTP or HTTPS port in your firewall to Exchange server and check. You can also do telnet from internet to Exchange server on port HTTP/HTTPS (80/443) to double check the connectivity. It is recommended to use HTTPS if you are accessing OWA from internet for security reasons.http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/SSL_Enabling_OWA_2003.htmlhttp://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Configuring-Exchange2003-HTTP-Remote-Access.htmlhttp://www.petri.co.il/configure_ssl_on_owa.htm-V
