Exchange and Auto-Discovery
My comapny is presently and running Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2003.
Is it true I can't use/setup auto-discovery for Outlook 2010 clients until I upgrade to Exchange 2010...?

Autodiscovery is available in Exchange server since version 2007. So the answer to your question is yes
