Exchange admin Center

running exchange 2013 , on 2012 server , can log in to mail server , however we can no longer open the Exchange admin Center

claims are not using the correct username and password , this has not been changed however , we get a 404 error with unable to open page

any solutions would be greatly appreciated ,

second problem is the rpc in the default website the tick box for extended mode constantly gets removed after approx.

twenty minutes and all users are challenged to log in to outlook because the tick box has been un ticked , any reason for this  ?

Regarding the first problem, is the admin account you're using mailbox-enabled with a mailbox on Exchange 2003?  If not, see the workaround:

Regarding the second problem, in general you shouldn't be making changes in IIS administrator.  Are you sure that you have Outlook Anywhere properly configured?
