Exchange adds time and place under meeting request
Hello, We have an Exchange 2007 sp3 servers that's adding stamp under the body of the meeting request. We are getting the following message under each meeting: When: Thursday 6 April 2011 15:30-16:30. West-Europa (standard time) Where: test *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Can anyone tell me how to remove this automaticly added stamps? We have this problem on the webmail, on Outlook 2007 and 2010 and on our smartphones. If you need more information please let me know. Regards, Remco

Hi Remco, *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Please check whether all users have the automatically added stamaps. How about mail message? Please check whether the stamp is added by Transport Rule. Hi Frank, I've done some more research and i've found that this comes because some devices like smartphones are causing this problem. They do not understand the meeting request and because of that they are adding this text to the calandar meeting. I've asked our customer if he wants us to start a call at microsoft or that he accept the problem. We are waiting for his reply. Regards, Remco
