Exchange address Book
We need to create an "IT Address Book" where IT have access to this folder automatically and only chosen IT employees can update the address book, others view only.

hello You need to create Seperate Database for your IT mailboxes then create a new address list define that address list on that database. they can only view those mailboxes from outlook. Thanks Mhussain

Dear mhussain, thanks for your reply My main concern is that i can have an address list were i can give permissions to some people to seee And some can add contacts to it Thank YOU Best Regards NAJI

Hi, Which version of Exchange server is installed? If it is Exchange 2003, please refer to the following article to create Distribution list. http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/User-Groups-Distribution-List-Contact-Management.html If it is Exchange 2010, please refer to the following article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125178.aspx Also, you need assign the Distribution Groups Role to enable administrators to create, modify, view, and remove distribution groups, and add or remove distribution group members in an organization.
