Exchange accounts in Office 365 on Win 10

I would like to add my work Exchange email account to Outlook (Office 365). Auto Account Setup has never worked for this account, so I have to setup the account info manually. When I do so, it informs me that a new MS Exchange account cannot be manually configured while Outlook is running, and that the info must be added in Control Panel>Mail>E-Mail Accounts.

However, I am now running Windows 10 and there is no Control Panel>Mail>E-Mail Accounts.

So, how do I add my Exchange account into Outlook 365 while on Windows 10?

Thank you.

I would also like to know how this happens. I'm currently stuck at using outlook in safe mode, because I can't remove other profiles.

There is indeed no icon for <Mail>E-mail Accounts> if that's what you're looking for. Click on <Mail> and then the button for <E-mail Accounts>

The <Mail> app is found under <User Accounts> when viewing the Control Panel in "category" view or view the CP using small or large icons.

Would be far better if you actually provided some details about your specific scenario given your statement of "I'm currently stuck at using outlook in safe mode, because I can't remove other profiles." - which indicates some other issues are at play.

To remove profiles - use the Control Panel <Mail> app (with Outlook closed) but still unclear as to how having other profiles is forcing you to function only in <safe Mode> - that's not making sense. Having a problematic Outlook addin installed however, could easily be the source of the problem.
