Exchange Specialist vs. Jack of All Trades
I'm currently in a small/medium network where I handle everything: Active Directoy, VMWare, Exchange, Cisco, etc. I love Microsoft Active Directory and specially Exchange, where I would like to focus my attention; I see myself working on Exchange on a daily basis. My question to you guys or to anyone who has a specific networking role is that is it worth the money?

Hi I believe that money depends on ability and opportunity. You can handle everything. It is easy for you to change work or find new work. You work for one special region many years. You can get high salary. But it is hard for you to change other work.
