Exchange Server won't restart on 1st try
Anyone know about the problem with Exchange Server 2003 where it won't restart on the first try? (You have to restart twice before it actually restarts.) Thanks!

Are you saying the Server will not restart, or the Exchange services?
A correctly functioning Exchange server should respond to reboot commands. Exchange services (for servers under heavy load) take a while, but they should respond as well.
Do you have any errors in the App or Sys logs when this happens?
