Yesterday one of my users started to have trouble sending to 'hotmail.com' I have tried 30 other domains and not one problem. I started to poke around and I generated a report from DNSstuff and noticed that the mail server listed is an old mail server name. The new mail server has been in place over a year. When I upgraded the mail server I changed the machine address, but have forgotten how to check it in Exchange, and it has been working until now. (Exchange Server 2003, Windows Server 2003, 2 DCs and 2 DNSs) Any Ideas?

Hi Grajek First check in the header of the mails you have received from ur exchange, which will show you the hostname it uses during the mail transcation.please post the NDR you are getting for the Hotmail that would be helpful to identify the problem... Paramesh
