Exchange Server for Communal Accounts
There has to be an easy, inherent solution, but so far none comes to mind. Client has SBS 2003, Exchange server. In addition to user email accounts (logins) I created a few communal accounts via delivery groups. E.g., support@ and sales@. Problem: client wants to be able to reply to email addressed to "Sales@" and have the reply to address show "sales@" instead of the default Outlook address. Understanding that she can manually change, she wants to have it automatically populate with the address of the recipient (not the default address for the box). I tried writing a macro to do it, but I can't find the proper event! I don't have the time right now to dust off VS for office (figuratively). It seems to me that I cannot be the first Exchange user with this problem. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks, all!

Those aren't communal accounts, they're distribution groups. One way to get what you want is to create true accounts with mailboxes, and then have the users log in to them with OWA separately from Outlook, or using Outlook with a separate profile. Outlook 2010 may do what you want, it can have multiple MAPI sessions, but I haven't tried it for this kind of use yet.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
