Exchange Server Could Not Be Found - c10308a2
I hope someone could help me with this problem I am having. Background: I have recently migrated Exchange 2003 to a new Exchange 2003 server because of the old servers warranty expiring soon. My helpdesk staff was able to modify smtp address of users but now they can not do it anymore. They can create accounts, and the smtp information populates, but they can not modify it or add to it. This was not the case on the old server. They are getting an error message: "An Exchange server could not be found in the domain. Check if the Microsoft System Attendant service is running on the Exchange Server. ID no: c10308a2 Microsoft Active Directory - Exchange Extension" The MS article is: http://support.microsoft.com/?id=905809 I have tried that, and every other thing I could find, but it is still not working. Could anyone possible know what or where I should be looking? If you need more information please let me know! Thanks.

Grant that user with local administrator right into every exchange server. If you have many user doing enrolment, create a group for all of them then grant the group in your exchange server as local administrator. Hope it solve your problem...
