Exchange Server 2013 CU7 email spoofing

Dear All,

I am working with Exchange 2013 with CU7, seem Exchange 2013 doesn't have ms-Exch-SMTP-Accept-Authoritative-Domain-Sender  feature

So we can't preventing spoofing my companys email addresses

This is has fixed on CU8 ? or anyone who have a workaround ?

Thanks,

Minh

Don't know about that functionality, but you could use transport rules or sender filtering as well to accomplish this:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124354(v=exchg.150).aspx

This assumes you accept messages direct to the mailbox servers from the internet. Typically there is an anti-spam/anti-malware gateway between the internet and Exchange. If so, I would enable it there on whatever product you are using.

Hi Minh,

Based on my knowledge, Exchange server 2013 has ms-Exch-SMTP-Accept-Authoritative-Domain-Sender. Please open Permission in EAC to check it.

Please also check following article:

Receive connector permissions

How does this issue occur? Does this issue occur after installing CU7?

Thanks
