I would like to install & configure exchange server 2010R2 with higher availably. And I have 50 client mail box users. Please advise me the best practice to do exchange implementations with minimum cost effect.

Hi, You would need to install 2 multi role servers in a DAG and install a hardware load balancer in front of these servers to give you higher availability than one server can provide. Leif

I Think you have a typo with "exchange server 2010R2" To get that at a competitive price point for 50 users will be challenging. Have you looked at office 365?
